By Joining as a Member you agree to the following....

1. You agree that you have joined our program of your own free will so that you can earn visitors to your sites. Our program does not pay out any type of cash rewards whatsoever. We are not any type of paid to surf site. Our program exists as a free way for members to get visitors to sites they wish to promote.
   

2. You agree that you will not cheat the program by installing scripts that will allow you to earn credits while not really visiting the sites.
   

3. You further understand that if you are caught cheating your account will be terminated, and your sites deleted.
   

4. You understand that SOMETIMES the site may go down for reasons beyond the control of the people running them and agree that the site owners will NOT be held accountable if this happens. You know in your heart that they will be upset themselves and doing EVERYTHING in their power to get the site back up and functioning.
   

5. You accept that your traffic earnings are a reflection of your efforts. If you do little, you will likely get little back, but if you are an active surfer & refer others you will greatly increase the number of visitors your sites will receive.
   

6. You agree that the email you will use to sign up to this program will be accessible should the Administrators need to send you any important information. It is possible you may in the future receive promotional emails. We understand you do not want to be flooded with emails so we will keep email activity to a minimum.
   

7. You agree that you will NEVER send out unsolicited emails or SPAM in anyway when you are promoting your referral link and this program. You accept that your account will simply vanish if we find out that you have been doing so.
   

8. You agree that a site with a mess of popups is irritating as hell so you won't post a link to one.. (this includes exit popups). Sure you might have ONE popup if necessary, but no more than that. Further to this you agree that you deserve to have your site terminated if it turns out you have a mess of popups and agree not to get upset when it is shut off or deleted.
   

9. ADULT CONTENT You may not promote any Adult Sites whatsoever. You know as well as we do that some people do NOT want to see Adult Content and being the considerate person you are you will NEVER break this rule.
   

10. Last, but not least you understand that from time to time these terms MAY change and if so we will notify you by email first. You promise to pop into this section (if you think about it) and see if there are any changes periodically.
